My website is not loading.

I have tried several different times to view my published website, but I am getting messages about the domain name does not exist and server is not found.

Thank you.  I have followed the instructions, but the confirmations state that the old registrar must confirm as well.  The old email address is no longer valid.  Is there a way around that?

You'll need to contact our compliance department. compliance@homesteadsupport.com. If you can send a color scan of your driver's license that has the same address as the domain. If your license doesn't have the same address, then also include a utility bill with the address on the domain. Unfortunately, this is the only way to do it.
