I chatted with a tech this morning and I dont know where she disappeared too, but I still don't have my site published. I updated my information. I had www.lorenzocassa.com reactivated yesterday.

Hello,

Are you still having issues not seeing your published site? When I go to lorenzocassa.com, I am able to see your published site and it is the same as what I see in SiteBuilder.

Try going to your domain using a website proxy and see if it loads for you there. https://hide.me/en/proxy

Okay, that means something is wrong with the computer/internet browser trying to access the site. Normally this is a cache and cookies thing, but if you cleared it, it should be working. Have you tried to restart the computer?

Then you might need to talk to your internet provider, but your site is online and you can verify this by seeing the site through the web proxy. I do apologize for inconvenience, but the issue is with your computer or internet provider at this point.
