I have 7 email addresses on my account and the passwords can only be changed through the account administrator. Is there a way around this, or are we going to have to use personal gmail accounts for business?

I am sorry, but the email management screen is the only way to change the password on email accounts. While this is not as convenient, I still advise you to use email addresses at your business domain. It promotes trust among your customers, but ultimately, the decision is yours.

Thank you for the reply, Drew. However, I don't feel comfortable asking the employees to tell me the password they'd like to use, for obvious security reasons.

Have you seen suggestions, in the past, on ways to use the domain addresses as a sort-of filter to channel business-related emails through? If not, I'll see if I can figure something out and maybe post a suggestion here on the forums.

If they are in your location, you can just log in and have them type their password in, then you can save it.

If they are not at your location then either they need to provide a password or you can assign one. I guess you could also use a service like join.me, a remote access program, then they could type in their own password via remote connection.

That's a great idea, Drew. We're not all local, but I am a frequent personal user of teamviewer and would have no problem talking them through that process. Thanks!
