My site has stopped working with https://awakensanctuary.com but now it only works with http://www.awakensanctuary.com.    Also I notice that the statistics about page hits is now zero and not based on the number of times that someone has viewed my website.

Can someone help look into this.

One more, how do I change the Icon on the tabs?

To secure your site, you'll need to go through Cloudflare:

https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/can-i-secure-my-homestead-website-with-https

We have a post regarding the stats:

https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/sitebuilder-plus-site-statistics

When you say "the icon in the tabs", are you referring to a favicon in a browser tab? If so,

I went through all 7 sites you have on your account and tested the stat tracker. It is working on all of them. I'm sorry, but if one site does not show any visitors, this is because it didn't have any site visits during that time. There is no way for me to change that.
If you want me to check and show you this on a specific site, but are unwilling to post the site name here, you'll need to create your own private questions to do so.

If a site has only been up for a few weeks, it is not surprising that you are not getting many visits. It can take months for a site to even be indexed on Google. It can take longer for it to show up in searches. The fact that your site isn't secure or mobile friendly reduces the chances that your site is going to show up in a search.

Whatever the problem was, it looks like they have fixed it since the other day when I contacted you.

I am fine with my sites. That message about security is only so glaringly res because the v should be a t and vt needs to be added after net/.    They are warning me that my site may be being attacked, because of your error in the URL.

I am fine with mobile users not visiting my site. I have a mobile phone but would never use it to visit a site. Mobile phones aren't secure and are at risk of being stolen and misused.  As I said, my site is secure. You must be joking. It is the entire internet system that is not secure, with hackers and malware. My site is fine. I donot accept the judgement of some employess who decides my site is not secure becasue I have not filled out all their forms so I can be judge by them.

Ma'am, it is not my opinion that your site is not secure, I'm simply stating a fact. You do not have an SSL on either of your domains. Sites are made secure individually, and it has nothing to do with hackers or malware. If you want more information on what it means to have a secure site, you can definitely find a lot of information about it on Google.
Looking up either of your sites in Google Chrome or Firefox, the browser tells you that it is not secure.

Chrome:

Firefox:

You can also see this as your websites only pull up with http:// not https://.

If you choose to make your site secure, you have 2 options. You can follow these instructions to secure your site via Cloudflare or you can rebuild your site in our newer builder, in which we are able to automatically secure the site.

In regard to your site not being mobile friendly, I certainly understand if you choose not to browse the internet via your phone, but over 50% of internet traffic is via a mobile device. Additionally, Google prioritizes mobile friendly sites in Search Engine results in a practice called "Mobile First Indexing". This is because having your site mobile friendly provides the best customer experience for anyone who might visit your site.

Ultimately, it is your site so you can choose to secure it or rebuild to make it mobile friendly or not, but it is my job to educate you on how that might affect your site and traffic.

Obviously I am not going to rebuiild my site. Maybe we can get Homestead to rebuild their method of securing older Homestead web sites so I don't have to keep re-doing my we bsite. For starters, put it in your list of things to know about Homestead that if you decide to build a web site on it you may have reformat pages, change the way everything fits together, and even rebuild your site or engage with an unknown, not-reputable organization who appears to be trying to take over your completer and your websites.  If anyone knows any way of keeping with the old web sites and not jjoining. Cloud or any other controlling internet power, please say.

I don't know if I need how to do this. What are the  stats on people 60 and over who use their mobile phone for exploring the kind of sites I have while they are out shopping. Are people under the age of 60 going to visit my sites on their mobile phones?   I still get visitors on my sites even though you say they are told the sites are not secure - from all over the world, including Russia. Maybe not Africa.

I think the under-60s are not favourable to the kind of sites I have. I know they are not favourable to me on the whole, in person, in the health care system, or in this city. So why would they like my sites. I don't feel like catering to the under 60s.

Homestead did look into the possibility of securing the Sitebuilder Plus sites and unfortunately it is not possible. The programming is too old. It is not compatible with adding an SSL.

I have merged your previous questions into this post, and I can see you called already to get this information. The answer you received was correct.

Our developers are still working on making the updates needed to our code and in the meantime, you can see your stats by following these instructions:

Maybe you should either state the date and link to my earlier request, or state what I asked. I said to you in another post that I thought you had it fixed on May 1, becasue I could then access the stats by changin the URL. Since then, just the other day, I discovered that changing the URL got me into the stats, but no stats were beling liseted, not for the previous weeks, since May 1. I can't say now what web site it was, but it was the the original one that I wrote to you about.

The URL you give, as I stated before, the other day, links to outdated information. Now, when I use that, I get nothing showing for statistics - no numbers, no listings.

That response wasn't to you, as you posted these responses under someone elses comment. This is another reason why I recommended you create your own question regarding this. The previous question you had has since been archived because there was more than a week of inactivity.

I apologize for the confusion, but I thought by reaching you directly in this manner I could avoid having to explain it all from the beginning and that you would know what i was talking about because you would have some record of it. It was still within this month - in May.
