My site is redirecting from HTTPS to HTTP. How do I remove this redirect?

My sight can not be secure because I have a redirect that takes me from HTTPS to HTTP. I need the redirect to be removed.

If you are using Cloudflare, there is a setting under that Crypto tab where you can set it so any http: or web address without the www. will go to your secure site. If you can't find it, there is a help button on Cloudflare (even for free accounts) and they can guide you through how to set those redirects.
