My site at has not loaded for about a week now, it was fine before, but now I have a problem there seems to be no way other than the "community" to seek help and find a solution. Closing the chat help line was a big mistake as it was the best source of help in the past. Now nobody cares at all that my site is not working. This is a disgraceful situation. No doubt the management have a good safe laugh at fools like me, who pay regularly for this poor service while they know no one can reach them. What a sham!
