My roundcube email box says it's full

Email says it's at 100% - don't think it's correct

Have you checked your Junk and Trash folders? They count toward your 100%. The Trash folder can contain a lot of emails that you thought had been removed. Manually select them all for 'permanent deletion' and it should free up lots of capacity.

Hello Cathy,

I will look into this and see if there is a discrepancy with the quota. In the meantime, Andrew did make a valid suggestion. Oftentimes, that is the cause of the quota issues.
