Richard3537,

Are you receiving a password error from desktop Sitebuilder? I received an HTML error with your desktop. I was, however, able to launch your site in Sitebuilder Plus. Have you tried it yet?

Ok Pamela7577,

I do want to let you know that the domain does not show as verified. You updated the email address and a new verification email was sent to your fuse.net address. Make sure to check it and its spam folder. There should be an email asking you to verify. It usually has a link which takes you to a site that requires you to hit a button that says Verify or something similar. If you don't have the email, then try a gmail address. They seem to always work for people.

What are you doing? Why am I getting response to someone else question?  My problem has been corrected so no futheer is needed.

Jerry0824,

Are you still receiving the error? It is likely due to the data migration. You have a pretty small account. I was just able to launch your Sitebuilder in both Plus and desktop.

To me as well!! I changed my password twice and it makes no diference, although that does give me access to Sitebuilder Plus for now.

Manley4751, where are you receiving this message?

Maureen5461, I believe I responded to you in another topic. Please keep 1 problem to 1 topic. I will get to them in order, but posting several times concerning the same issue takes longer and makes it harder for us to keep track and help everyone.

Thanks

Drew

Pamela7577,

An email went to a gmail address. It can take an hour or 2 sometimes, but shouldn't be more. Check the spam folder too.
