My pages won't load

I've tried logging in numerous times and all I get are blank pages. There's a little "notice" that says loading page but it just keeps going round and round. I need to update the site and this is becoming very worrisome.

I was able to log in using Chrome and make changes. I logged out and checked the site and it was starting to look like what I wanted.  I logged back in and now all the pages are distorted when I go through Chrome.  When I go through explorer, I get as far as the Site Builder Page and that's all it goes.  It keeps saying "starting up" and that's it.  Won't move ahead.  I would edit thru Chrome but I can't make out what is supposed to be where the pages aren't loading correctly. My last attempt to log in was at 4:40
