My (local machine) based Sitebuilder LPX fails to see my internet connection, won't publish today, it worked in 2019!  OS is Win 7 Pro.

When I attempt to publish a change, it says "unable to upload empty file" with reference to a (website name).txt file.  Help!

From the "copyright 2020" in the "about Sitebuider" dialog box, I have to believe the software is still current.

Hello,

If you are running sitebuilder desktop, the downloaded version you may need to run the fixes in these article if you are receiving error messages.

Hello Michelle,
Thank you!  I'm going to give these a try and I'll keep you posted.
In the meantime, I managed to cobble something of an improvised workaround.  While I could not "publish entire site" with the problem I cited, I COULD publish each page individually.  I don't understand why, but it seems to work!
Thanks again,
Mark

Odd, but glad that works for you.
