My inbox will not poplulate new emails Please help me fix this issue.

For the past couple days, my inbox will not populate new emails. Please help

Yes, that mail box shows it is full. You will need to delete any un-needed emails from all folders or upgrade your available storage.

No problem. It is $1 per month for additional 2 GB of storage, $2 per month for additional 5 GB of storage and $3 per month for additional 10 GB of storage. Would you like me to apply an upgrade?

I'm not trying to question you, but we deleted all of the emails in his inbox prior to reaching out to you. And why would none of our other emails attached to the same domain be running out of space?

The inbox was emptied but you will also need to remove those emails from the trash folder to remove it off the server. This mail box may just be sending and receive more messages than the other boxes causing it to reach its limit quicker. They all have an individual default storage of 500mbs.

ok. Thank you for walking me through this. I am not entirely tech savvy so I appreciate your help. Once I go through and delete the trash file, should we be able to receive almost immediately?
