My emails go to my customers spam folders

Some of my emails end up in my customers SPAM folders. Any idea why and how to correct this? Needless to say, It is not good for my business communications with my customers. Thank you.

We are having the same issue, it appears that there is something in the homestead email code that gets flagged as spam. Have your customers add your email to their contacts list. Not 100% sure this is the solution but worth a try.

Having the recipient add your email to their contacts list can definitely assist with having the emails land in their inbox.

Mine are being blocked as spam as well. barbara@bjwilliamscpa.com

Hello Barbara, 

I have investigated the line of communication and it show this block is set in place by comcast. However, Homestead does rotate out and ip address that are blocked or marked as spam automatically. I would advise trying to send the message again in a couple hours. Otherwise Comcast will need to troubleshoot and clear this block on their end.
