my email will not populate new emails

Thank you. Unfortunately since the domain is pointed to godaddy I am unable to see the settings, you will want to verify that all email records are present. Compare what you have in go daddy for that domain to the required records.

Hello again, so we reached out to Go Daddy like you suggested previously (see above) and they said the following....

Have the web sever go to DNS link and check the MX records. 

From there they will be able to fix it.

I am now back to asking you for your help in getting the email back up and running and able to receive messages again.

I'm sorry, but the GoDaddy representative was incorrect. This will have to be edited through your GoDaddy account. We do not have access to the DNS on our end since the nameservers are pointed to GoDaddy.
