I found two things that were affected (so far)
- First - I first noticed multiple attempts of outbound emails. I am not sure how many were successful. There were 8 undeliverable still in draft mode, and stuck.
- Second -- I noticed that no new emails were arriving today. Then, by chance, found that ALL incoming emails were going into the TRASH. Every time I exited the account, the trash empties. I couldn't figure out what caused this problem. I focused on Outlook 2016, first, thinking it was a "Rule" issue. I even deleted my Outlook 2016 account and re-installed. Nothing changed, same problem. So I then focused on my Homestead/Rouncube email account settings. I searched 3 times, not sure what to look for, THEN I realized that a FILTER was setup that sent EVERY email to my trash bin that match the criteria (my email address). This sneeky b$@*&^#s!!! Now I can't REMOVE the filter. All I could do was DISABLE the filter. WHY CAN'T I DELETE IT???
- I called support this morning, soon after I discovered issue. They only suggested that I should change my PW to the account, which I had already done. It would have been nice to pass on this kind of information from other peoples prior experiences. Just saying!
