My domain transfer was unsuccessful. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or get in touch with Homestead?

I am showing that the domain is still locked at Godaddy. You would need to log into your account and unlock it. I will remove the domain from your account so when you have it unlocked, you may restart the transfer.

If they are at Godaddy now, you need to unlock them there. Their support should be able to get you logged in. Once you have it done, then you can start the transfer as you did before.

It appears the failed transfer is still locked at Godaddy. You must unlock it there, and also remove domain privacy if you have it.
