My customer gets a message: firewall has blocked access to site due to some security concern. Why?

Have you heard this from anyone else? I tried several browsers and did not see this issue. It is possible that for some reason there is a restriction on the location they are. If they are in an office, maybe the IT department blocks a range of IPs or something. Can you have them try from a different place and or use a different browser.Is there any reference to what firewall is being used to block the site? Are they any links to obtain any more information? The message security concerns may be a link or have a link that can provide a little more information about why it is happening.
