I just checked my android phone only to discover that much of the info on each page is sitting on top of other info. Is this because I have too much and need to edit the pages? I cannot find any info pertaining to mobile sites that relates to this. Thank any/everyone! C.T.

Are you using Duda? If not, sign up: When you logon to homestead, select the website manager tab > Create Your Free Mobile Website > select Get Started. This will likely produce a solution.

Or better yet, try the new websitebuilder that has the mobile built in - it responds to the device the viewer is using.

I am more or less retired, so minimizing information and cost of website is my goal here; not adding SO perhaps it is less content vs. more cost that is the right direction to go in. I appreciate your responses, but given the circumstances, they are not the answer. I tend to be wordy, intentionally, but it's not of benefit if one can't READ the website I've created. Thanks. C

Charlotte it appears your website was created in ( sitebuilder) or Sitebuilder+ and as such is not mobile responsive. If you have used sitebuilder+ , at the Homestead log in page, go to website manager tab, scroll down and you should see an option to get a Duda mobile website ( free) as mieleman has suggested. It does create a reasonable facsimile of your website but I am concerned by the amount of text and photographs on your website and if the mobile site will reproduce correctly or may need a few tweaks. The alternative, as also been mentioned would be to recreate your website with the new Websitebuilder. You could add the extra space, build your new website, which IS responsive to tablets and mobile phones, and once done delete your old website and reduce your account to reduce the cost.

You can create a mobile friendly version using Duda. Try it. It's free and it's easy to set up.

Hi Brian; thanks! I have done everything until it tells me to go to my 1plus1 (or whatever/can't see 2 screens simultaneously) and there is a bunch of 'conversation' I don't understand, but it appears to me that there is a fee if I want my site, accessed from a mobile phone, to GO directly to the mobile phone. I can't afford additional costs so do I stop here?

That said, Every Thing shows up, but it also makes me want to edit the content. It's not an easy chore because I want to give as much USEFUL info, and without all the chatter, it's just a part of a whole pic. I'm presuming I can't edit from my phone once this mobile access is completed.  BTW I really appreciate your assistance. Building a website was a HUGE thing for me. Now, trying to keep it affordable and yet relevant is proving more difficult.

There is no fee for the minimum package. A fee will be applied if you chose to upgrade the package. Practice makes perfect.

the website, once I duda'd my way through the process, shows up in its entirety on my teeny tiny (not really) Samsung 8 phone screen. However, there is a TON of ridiculously small writing and yes, far too much for anyone who is using only their phone, to go through. That said, I will edit over time, as I find fewer words to say what currently takes so many. Again, thanks for your help and I am once again fluent in all things Homestead. Have a great summer.

well Charlotte You do have a ton of info on your webs pages ( and its all good stuff) with the newer websitebuilder you can hide stuff from showing on the mobile screens but maintain it on the webpage.. But it would mean a lot of work recreating the website in the new builder. I have an old RAF website 40 pages plus plus and I will certainly not be changing that over,  I guess the new wave websites mean Less is more... Glad I could help a little and wish you well for the future.

Try setting up a home page using a size 14 or 16 font and fewer items. After doing that, you'll need to revise your duda site.
