My site will not come up. I can access site-builder and update the site, but it cannot be accessed by others. I pay for and maintain the site for my church. My payments are current. What's wrong? The site is wrccdisciples.org.  The account is ChristianChurchHudson. My name is Frank Kelley. My email address is fkelley@uakron.edu.

Your account shows that you contacted support to remove the domain from your account. I can restore it, but I will have to add the charge back. It is $24/year additional.

Have you a clear record of my asking for removal of the domain? The only contact I made was to update my credit card information. I noticed later that you had sent an email trying to sell the domain, but I ignored it, since I knew I was paid up and current with the billing. Since you have already received the payment, how could you require an additional $24/year? What possible record could you have that I contacted support to remove the domain?

I am looking into the record for you, but the charge for the domain was removed at the time the domain was, so to add it back to the account we must put the charge back. I wouldn't charge you anything until the next bill date, but at that time, there would need to be the domain charge in addition to the hosting.
