I have added Amazon product code to product images on my site --- I get "page not found" . If I add "amazon.com" to those images, they work fine --- but, don't go to a specific product.

Hello John8074
The only thing I can see that might be what you are talking about is, on the creativity and diorama problems page, there is a picture for "Fiberglass Resin with Hardener" that has HTML code in the link area, which is not going to work. You would have to paste that code into an HTML element for it to work.

Let me be more specific --- I have had to add a short "personal affiliate code"  HTML strip to all photos in order to monetize the site and earn commissions.  All photos now link to Amazon's opening page --- the viewer must do the shopping.    I noticed that WordPress users are not allowed to use Amazon's specific product codes because they are not secure.   Am I able to link those specific product codes with Homestead site builder  ?  Do I need an "upgraded' site builder ?    If anyone in the community has used these specific product codes, I would like to know precisely how it was done.   Thankyou for your response ---

Aside:  the photo for "Fiberglass Resin with Hardener"  will have a "personal affiliate code" added --- I missed it earlier.  Thankyou.

If it is HTML that you are adding, it will have to be added via an HTML element. Click on Insert > More > HTML. Then paste that HTML in the box.

All has been done -- all suggested tools on my site are now linked to a specific page in Amazon,  featuring that item and similar items.  Thankyou for your prompt responses and instruction.
