Back when the new sitebuilder launched, we had to go to the gears icon and change the font through that, in order to be able to change the mobile view font size/color ect. I no longer see that as an option now when Im on the text. Which method do I use in order to be able to manipulate the mobile site text boxes?

I believe they removed it now as they are planning a redesign of the mobile site. I am sorry I do not have more at this time.

So the mobile font has to be the same size no matter what?

Actually, it seems to be working for me again. Perhaps they restored it. The gear is there and I can raise and lower the font size. It does work for the entire element. You do not highlight the text.

Where? I just added a text box, and this comes up.

You see that in the mobile editor? If you go to the mobile and click on text, you should still see the settings box on the right side. There you can enable mobile custom view and change the font size of a text box for the mobile site.

No, thats on the desktop. But you used to have to change the font ONLY with the gear to be able to make the mobile gear work properly. If you alter the text on the desktop, and then go into mobile view, and enable mobile editing, nothing actually changes then

I see what you mean. It does appear that is the case. I will see if that was intentional or not. If you do not change the size of the text in the box, the mobile text editor does allow you to customize the size.

Hi Jonathan, I did some testing and screenshots for the dev team as it is obviously not the expected behavior. It works if don't change it in desktop, but not if you do. I also tried changing the font in desktop and I am not able to change the font in mobile but I can change the size, so it appears to stop you from changing in mobile the thing(s) you changed in desktop. So I do now understand the issue and have relayed it to them. I also walked one of them through the process and he saw it too, so attention will be given, but I can't provide a resolution at this time.
