Mobile view of my website looks great in the preview version, but on my phone the spacing and centering is off among other issues.   I have tried a variety of fixes, but with the preview/published version appearing just fine on my computer, I have no way of really knowing what problems to resolve.  I would really appreciate your help.

Does it look better to you when viewing http://chathamwriters.homesteadcloud.com/ on the mobile device? It might be because you are apparently forwarding, instead of pointing the domain.

Drew thank you so very much!  That is exactly the problem.  I just tested it on my phone and it looks just the way I designed it.   So my problem then is in the URL.  I was told before that Homestead could not support the .group address, is that still the case?   That is the only reason I was forwarding.   And thank you thank you for resolving this for me :)

I can add a .group point on the back end. You would need to update the DNS at the domain host. Sometimes I also have to create a zone file manually, but we can make it work. Do you have email service existing at this domain now?

No I do not have it at that domain.   I just need to update the DNS at GoDaddy?  And thank you for your assistance.  I greatly appreciate it!

Yes. If you do not have email service, then go to GoDaddy and update the nameservers. Remove theirs and replace them with ours.

ns1.mdnsservice.com
ns2.mdnsservice.com
ns3.mdnsservice.com

Then let me know and I will add the point on our end and make sure the correct zone is created. Then it should work and will hopefully resolve the mobile issue for you.

Thank you Drew.  I have updated the nameservers at GoDaddy.   Please let me know when I should remove the forwarding from the domain.  So appreciate all your help! :)

I have updated the DNS, but it can take up to 48 hours to propagate. Check it periodically and let me know if it starts working. I will check on it tomorrow too.
