mobile site not showing on mobile devices

mobile site not showing on mobile devices - i have optimized elements on each page individually for viewing on mobile devices. It worked at one time. Now every device i check, it only shows desktop site.

I checked your site on my mobile Android but it goes right to GoDaddy.
But you say the image on both shows the same. My websites are the same ithacawebsitedesign.com
studenthousingithaca.comĀ  because the image are the same the sites are built in the center section
on the screen, not covering the whole screen from side to side. This image means I don't have to monkey around with the mobile settings. Go with it my friend and good luck.

I see that the website is set to only load desktop view. To change this, log into your Website Builder editor. Go to the Mobile section of your website, then click Settings. You should now see the option to select Desktop View or Mobile View. Click Mobile View, click Confirm, and then re-publish your website.
