Missing TWO email accounts since YOU moved to roundcube!
MISSING: pastor@achaia-mbc.org; mrs.rita@achaia-mbc.org.
Missing: miss.rita@achaia-mbc.org >>> miss.rita was changed to mrs.rita Many Months Ago. Neither the old nor the new email name is on the email server.

Hello Samuel A L Pope Sr

We migrated to Roundcube about a year ago, so I am not sure when you started having email issues, but it is probably not related to us starting to use Roundcube. Also, I took a look in your account and your email addresses are still there. What issue are you having specifically? Is it not working in a 3rd party email program like Outlook? Are you having log in trouble?

When I go to roundcube directly, I only see the 'bishop@' email. Outlook 365 is the email program we use. We simply can't login to 'Mrs.Rita@' or register that account on any of our computers here at home. WE cannot install the mrs.rita@ account through outlook 365 OR the MS-Mail program on any computer. So if you see it, only you can see it. We've used these accounts successfully for years before this happened. mrs.rita@ has disappeared.

The (IMAP) mail. & smtp. inputs always revert back to .achaia-mbc.org  from .homestead.com. We cannot install the add-on certificates that allow sending and receiving no matter how many times we do it. We simply click 'yes' each time they appear so we can receive and send. The passwords no longer work. There is no reason to change them. If we wished to there is no routine available to change them.

When you go to Roundcube, your browser might be autofilling the bishop@ email only, but that is just your browser. You can delete that information out and sign in to the ms.rita@ email if you have the correct password. Both of those emails still exist.
