Missing Sent Emails through Roundcube

Hi Drew, we cannot see our sent emails messages since 18 Jan 2018 with Rouncube. We have customers saying they did not receive our sent emails. Please help, thanks, Louise

The old sent objects from Open Xchange are in the sent items folder in Roundcube. You have exactly the same number of messages in that folder, 12,649 going back to 2005. Messages sent from Roundcube will go to the Sent folder.
