The page is missing from the Website Manager drop down View Page so I can not navigate to the page to make changes to it.

This seems to be that you have more pages in your navigation menu then you have on your browser. If you click on the contact link, it brings you to an error page. It would seem that a page has been deleted from your builder. You would need to re-create your contact page.

The Contact Page is missing but I did not delete it and yes I need it. Is there a way to restore the page?

Ah, I see it in Preview, but it is not anywhere in the builder that I can see. Do you ever use the downloadable desktop builder? It is possible that is where the page is coming from.

When all the problems took place with the desktop version I stopped using it and now do strictly online but I may have an old file for the page if that is what I need to do. But then how do I get it to the online version?

You would need to publish it from the desktop builder. If you do not still have access to that builder, I would have to recommend that you rebuild that page. You should be able to copy and paste from the preview page that you can see, but that contact page isn't anywhere on our system that I can see to be able to bring it back.

So bring up the page in preview, select all and copy and then create a new page and paste it, correct?

Where is the page in the Preview coming from?

You wouldn't be able to copy and paste the whole page. You can copy and paste text, images would have to be re-added but they are most likely still in your File Manager, and design element like boxes would need to be re-added. .

When I go in to add the page and reach the box "Choices for you new link" it still show the Contact Us page on the list.

I did a "Save as" and save it in a separate folder in File Manger and then previewed the file the complete website came up with the Contact US page. How can I convert it to the new site file?

I would recommend you add the page from within Sitebuilder Plus, not Sitebuilder Desktop. It should ask if you want to add it to your Navigation menu. I would choose not to, since you already have that link in your Nav. Menu. Name the new page Contact and start rebuilding that page.

So even though it is out there I should still rebuild, The file with all the info on File Manager has Publish higlighted in yellow. it is in my "Testfolder" file folder.

Ok, I see that file in your File Manager. Give us some time to see if we can pull that information into Sitebuilder Plus. If you could exit out of the builder for now, we will let you know if we are successful with this. If we are not, then the page would need to be rebuilt.

I have reread you comment and I do not think we are saying the same thing. I am trying to change my "Contact" page on my website thru "Websites Manager" online.  When I attempt to navigate to the page using the "View Page" drop done box to go to the "Contact" page to change it, the "Contact" page is not on the drop down. When I use the "Preview" button to look at my website the "Contact" page appears as it should. How can I navigate to my "Contact" page to change it?
