I still got RoundCube, I lost my folders that were named and had emails in them that I was keeping for my info. It opens everytime I log in to my Homestead, I am just wondering where it came from. I didnt realize we were getting another email provider....?

Bobbi1705, Can you tell us the address and the folders? This should not have affected messages. They are in the same location as before.

The move to Roundcube was announced a few weeks back but not sure if it was sent out individually. It was supposed to be seamless but it seems not. However, Homestead have said they will keep the old OX interface for a time to cover any glitches. You can access the previous email (for a short time only) with this link https://emailmg.homestead.com/ox6/ox.html#  so it could be a good time to save any important folders to your computer..... Just in case..

Joelle5151, Which email box? They should be rerunning this week and switching back again. If messages are missing, I will need to look, as messages themselves were not moved, they are in the same place. Contacts and calendar entries needed to be relocated, but not messages.

This is for administration@froggiefrontier.com  And now, there are only about 5 emails listed in my sent folder.  I would appreciate these being restored. thank you

Joelle5151, the sent objects should be in the Sent items folder in Roundcube. New sent emails will be stored in the Sent folder.

What is roundcube?  I am so confused.  I've been logging in the same way as always thru an old link.  Should I be doing something different with email now?

Roundcube is a new email client that is replacing the OpenExchange mail client Homestead has been using. You should be able to login to your email the same way, but if for some reason you get an error, definitely let us or support know so we can make sure you can login to your inbox successfully. If you want the URL to the direct link, it is http://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube

Todd I think MaryEllen had created a shortcut on her desktop made from the OX email ( as did I) so when I clicked on it I was always sent to the old OX mail. As I was wondering when the upgrade would be it occurred to me to log in via Homestead, Voila!, the new roundcube mail interface. So I have now created a new desktop link.

MaryEllen9150, Brian has a point. It is important for us to know how you are logging in. If you have been converted, then you need to be using Roundcube. Any contacts or calendar events you add to Open Xchange will not be moved over to Roundcube again. It is possible that you have not yet been switched. If you login from within your Homestead account, do you see a completely new email program? or the same one.

That is exactly what I did. I had a shortcut on all of our desktops.   Appreciate that Brian.   If  I received an email on this it must be that my account has an alternate email I never use.  I was looking for something else on here and saw all this talk about roundcube.

Thanks Drew.   I'll convert everyone today.

Drew, I noticed our send files did not convert over.  Is that normal?   My sent file is blank.

There should be a second folder called Sent items. This is all the old sent objects. Do you see that?

I am using Roundcube. I can see all of the sent items that were sent prior to the switch in SENT ITEMS, however I am unable to find any of the emails I have sent through Roundcube. When drafting an email the "Save sent message in" option shows, "SENT" folder, so that is where it should be going. But the SENT folder in my list of folders is grayed out . I tried to fix this in settings by adding a check mark next to the SENT box on the FOLDERS menu. But when I click on the unchecked box I receive an error: "Server Error: SUBSCRIBE Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.) (0.000 + 0.000 secs)." Please advise!!

Do you have sub folders in the sent folder? You can create a new folder for sent and set them to go there, but subfolders in the sent, seem to make the parent folder unavailable.

I did have sub folders and moved the sub folders to the SENT ITEMS folder and that fixed it! Thank you!
