I took a look at some other forums posts and couldn't find the help I needed. I have 4 email accounts on homestead that I need to move to gmail. I made my way to "Manage my website domains" and under my domain control, I have no option to edit contact info, edit domain locking or any of the tools I need to migrate the email, is anyone able to help me figure this out?

Your domain is hosted by Godaddy and so the items you mention above will only be available via your Godaddy account. Those things are only needed if you are transferring the domain to another host. If you are simply going to change mail service to Google Suite, which is a paid service, you need to set up the account at Google and they will provide mx records for you, which you can change using the Advanced DNS settings under your domain name. gmail is Google's free email and your domain can't be used on their free service, though you can use your gmail account to check your Homestead mail.

I am not quite clear on exactly what you are trying to do.
