I cannot add anything to our previous conversation as you suggested, please confirm.
Hello Michelle!  My domain has finally been moved to NetworkSolutions.  Please cancel our account and refund the $527.99 payment immediately.  Let me know if there is anything else that I need to do.  Please send me a confirmation showing the cancellation and full refund to my email attached to my account.  Thank you!  Pam

I have closed the account and processed that refund. You will automatically receive email confirmation through our system regarding the cancellation and refund, although the refund will take some time to process through the bank.
