I am using Moz Analytics - and when they crawled my website they came back with this observation "Missing Meta Description Tag". It has me confused as I have inserted keywords into the section of the Homestead page editor , and wonder why MOZ would return this finding. Anybody can cast some light on this please ?

You'll have to ask them. You clearly have the meta description tag in your site, unless it is reporting it on a different page. Here is the tag on the home page:

<meta name="description" content="Philippines Perth Consulate list of forms and services">

The keywords you add in Sitebuilder have been irrelevant for several years now. That is why we removed them from Sitebuilder Plus. To be searchable a word must appear on the pages of your site.
