Hi Kathy4622, This is probably a blacklist issue. We are still working on a few. Is that the full error message you received? If there is more, please post the full message.

If you have multiple errors can you post them all?

Thanks!
Mike

Thanks Kathy, and are all of these coming from the same email address/account under katherinemutti.com?

Yes, this is the only email address that I really actively utilize through my Homestead account. I continue to experience problems both sending and receiving and presume at this point, that each 'problem' send or receive must be sent to you individually for resolution???? I have been away on business and was really
hoping that my issues over the past week were due to my mobile access rather than your continuing problems. Apparently that is not the case.

Friday through Monday, no emails from were received and no error messages received at either end. Today, sent email was rejected to mulitple recipients with the following error message:

"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at outbound-ss-1162.bluehost.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I suspect that I am not alone in my opinion. As long as someone is receiving error messages, they know to "blame" the email providers but when our customers (or potential customers) are sending messages that we never receive and they do not receive an error message back for then this is a BIG PROBLEM. This continues to be the case over a week after you have indicated to us that you have the problem fixed.

I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and have no desire to re-learn a new web software program. Throw us a bone and please tell us the truth about when these issues are really going to be resolved or if you have given up on this end of your business! I am at my wits end.

Thanks for posting the new error messages. I'll get this reported again. I know this is still chaotic for some customers but we are making progress on the blacklists. We are working diligently to clear this up.

Whoops, meant to give an example to indicate no emails received from Lee Stepancik and no error messages received at her end. Again, when customers send messages that simply go into cyberspace...i don't get them and they do not get an error message back...this is a HUGE problem for our businesses. It is different when error messages are received because at least they know we are not igoring them! When will this aspect of YOUR problem be resolved?

I've already sent this to be looked at again. Can you also confirm, if you log into your email account on the Zimbra site, that the quota is not full and that there are no filters set up?
