It is not from us. The link goes to some strange URL I am not familiar with. It feels like a phishing scan to get you to enter your email and password and then use it to send spam or something. It is possible that the sending server sent it and it is legitimate, but I don't think so. A legit party would offer a phone number to chat, or a list of the sending addresses that could not be delivered. I would not follow the link.
