Mailboxes not available

When I select 'Email' from the main Homestead menu, none of my domains show the email addresses associated with the domain. The error message that appears is:

"An error occurred and we were unable to read all the mailboxes ?."

Is Homestead aware of this issue? Are technicians working to resolve the issue? What is the estimated time of resolution?
