I see. If you go to the manage my email accounts section, you can edit the email. Currently it shows as forwarded to itself. This will generate an error.

That seems to have solved it. Only issue is had to change password again. Update all devices then go through 1685 past emails and delete. Should change edit so you do not have to change password but input current password.
