The major problem that I got deleted from google search was that I changed the name on my main furniture page and deleted it causing a 404 to be thrown. I asked google to remove the page from search which it did. I redid the main furniture page and resubmitted to have it indexed. It is in the new sitemap but I am assuming it will take a few days/weeks to show up again (?) I did have some some "stuff" under advanced settings in my <head> tag HTML section that I forgot to pay attention to before deleting the page. I have no idea what I had in there, but I am assuming google liked it hence I was on the first page search for most of my keywords. Now I am scrambling to figure out what I need to put back into the new page advanced section in order to be picked up again by google. (clear as mud?) LOL

I wasn't clear about the page I changed that Google was hitting on the most. The page was not my home page but my vintage furniture page that was titled http://www.juniperhillantiques.com/FurnitureA.html
But now has been changed to:
http://www.juniperhillantiques.com/Shabby-Chic-Painted-FurnitureA.html
This change dropped me from google search. I used to find keyword searches on page 1-3, now I am nowhere to be seen.

Since I did a major change on that one page, how long does it normally take Google to allow it to show in searches again as long as I have the SEO done correctly on it?
Ok, TWO questions:
Is there any way to guarantee your images will show up in Google Image search for keywords? I do change file names such as "china-closet-painted-white" when uploading them, other than that I have no idea what google looks for, do you?

Images - Per Google:
Tips to help your image appear in Search
To help your image appear in Google search results, follow these image publishing guidelines:
- Include descriptive text. Include text somewhere near the image, like an "alt" tag or a caption. This helps Google understand what the image is showing and what searches it relates to.
- Upload high-quality photos. Great image content is an excellent way to build traffic to your site.
Finally, be patient. Images you upload to the web won’t instantly appear in search results. You’ll need to wait until your site is indexed by Google before your images show up in search results.

I'd say that considering all the competition on images you are doing well - just don't change anything. :)
