Is there a way to have a sign in and password to view a page on my website?? My website is for our church and was thinking of making a church roster page for our members. Wouldn't want this information available to everyone, but to those who are members. I know that I can password protect a page but wasn't sure if each person would be able to set up their own sign in and password? Is this possible?

Hi roaringcreekmissionarybaptist -

Thanks for writing in! Yes, you can definitely password protect a page. The only caveat is that you can only have one password, so potentially if other non-members get a hold of the password, they can see the information.

If you're OK with that, please check out this post .

You can password protect the home page. Then, if you go to the site, and enter the password in the popup, the site navigation menu is not available.

I know. A tech talked me through it, then he was surprised that the site was rendered useless. Great training program homestead has, and so much for their promise of password protection.
