login error using sitebuilder

I cannot log in using my desktop SiteBuilder LPX: "There has been an error loggin in."  I found another similar issue here among the conversations, where it was recommended to use IE 10 to log in to the Homestead website and launch the SiteBuilder from there... however, this only gives me another error "Cannot connect to Server".  PLEASE HELP!!  I have a dozen different sites, several of which have critical, time sensitive updates!!

Same here!  Dead in the water and I have over 40 web sites. Not a happy camper, that's for sure!

I have been with Homestead for over 12 years...and nothing like this has ever happened.  I cannot get into any of my sites for my clients.  I have the desktop Site Builder...cannot change to the Site Builder Plus as it would screw up all my sites. 

Homestead...we need some updates here on this problem!

Patsy Ann I have some clients who are on SiteBuilder Plus and I'm not able to log in to their accounts. I use desktop as well and I can log in to some of the sites, but not all. Also have been unable to log in to this board at various times.

Which Site are you trying to edit? I was able to pull up one of your sites in Sitebuilder Plus.

I also have many clients I work through Desktop and only use Plus when absolutely necessary.  I'm told that this could be a long fix.  Guess we have to be patient.  I know that Homestead/Endurance is working hard for a resolution.  They have many small developers depending on them!!!
