Logging on to Sitebuilder

Just tried to log on to Sitebuilder and message from Windows that a new app was required to access, having now downloaded this I now get the following from Windows - "Sitebuilder LPXL launcher exe has stopped working" Windows is checking.
Any help appreciated. Steve
