Unable to enter edit mode. Adialog box comes up that says I must save or preview in order to edit. After doing this I am still unable to edit.

Trying to edit my monthly calendar to update it and I cannot get to edit mode. I am using a safari browser or internet explorer. I am having the same issue with both browsers. I have been able to edit with these browsers in the past.

So it is just a text box you are trying to edit?I am unable to replicate the issue you are experiencing. Are you clicking on the text box, then clicking Edit and editing the text that way?

Yes. I am trying to edit a text box that has my office dates and hours. A dialog box that says press preview first appear. I do that but still cannot edit. I called customer support and they said I must use either Chrome or Firefox browser in order to make changes. I have been able to make these changes in the past using Safari and Internet Explorer.

Can you take a screenshot of that error, because I still cannot replicate this issue.
