I have a form in use that notifies a string of eMail addresses. All of those email address are within my company, we want to add a customer email address but specific to the department or location which is within my drop downs for location. Basically, letting the department head know when a call has been placed on their departments machine.

Hello,

I think I'm understanding that you want the form to be sent to a different email address depending on which location/department is chosen from the drop down menu in the contact form?
If this is what you are looking for, unfortunately, Homestead does not have this capability with their form. It is possible that you can find a 3rd party provider with this functionality that you could add to your site via HTML code.

my fix is to have a page and form for every location however it makes for a lot of duplicating work of pages with the only difference for each page being the one additional email address for each different location which varies. Got any other work around ideas?

The only suggestion I have to make it easier to duplicate pages is that you can select all of the elements on each page, copy, and paste. That function does work. Then, you just have to change the email address on each page.

Can I have multiple "submit" buttons on a form?

I can have multiple submit buttons. I added an identifier so that the customer designates the location. HEHEHE....!!!!!!
