On modern websites I notice the Header Image remains intact and visible when scrolling. Currently, when I scroll the Header Image scrolls down or up along with the rest of the page, which I am told is old-fashioned. Is there a code or something that will keep the header fixed and visible?

I never noticed headers remaining visable while the page moving, (scrolling), but now I won't be able to not notice!  I will ask my neice who can make a computer do anything, but if I have to type up some funky code, I am out!  I think codes, binary stuff is for math, engineering types and I create.  Sometimes it is a bummer to be RIGHT brained, but my high IQ hubby cannot play classical music on our piano without the sheet music, I hear it and play, all those notes are just confusing, like HTML!  Your answer, most likely is in the archives, and I cannot wait for the answer.  Teresa7603

I have done this with Exel spreadsheets called frozen pane but not seen it on websites as yet but a search for fixed header html may throw up some useful code

The feature you are referring to can be referred to "fixed header". Unfortunately this is not built in with Homestead's Sitebuilder, but you can add custom HTML/CSS to add this feature

Thanks Todd. Can you give us a hint on how to do that? Is it a code that one adds to one of the advanced features?

I did a google search for fixed header banner and found some of these results, they may be able to help you out.

Oh, that is way above my pay grade. If anyone knows how to do this, let me know.
