I've been getting a fair amount of emails that are being put into the "junk" folder all of a sudden. Rarely happens-even for real spam. How do I stop that or label an email as "not junk" or "not spam"??? Or similarly, label an email as "junk" or "spam". There appears to be no button to do so. Thank you.

Hello Bill,

Is this directly through Roundcube or through an email client like Outlook?
If it is through Roundcube, if something is marked as "junk" that is not, I would recommend moving it back to your Inbox and adding that email address to your contacts.

this is through Roundcube. i do not use any other utility. these emails have been coming into my inbox for years. they are not random.

why would this be happening all of a sudden? does moving them into my inbox actually do anything? is there no button to press similar to any other platform that says "not spam"???

its getting worse each day. hopefully you can come up with a better solution bc I'm not sure I have the time to do what you suggested for each and every email i get.

thanks.
