Some customers are currently experiencing irregular (short time-out) issues when using the Open-Xchange email (web mail) system. This issue is being investigated and we will post further updates as information becomes available.

so we keep logging in and hope the last message was sent. very poor way to try and conduct business .looks bad on everyone

I don't even have time to reply to an email before being "timed out". I not only loose my reply that is not sent, I have to log in again and again and again... I'm tired of this. When I log in, I want to be the one to log out.

I route my mail thru MS Outlook 2010, and do not remember my password to the homestead email. How can I get the password, seeing that my email is not accessible??? I waited over an hour to 'chat', no response... what is the scoop?

I recently added a new domain to connect to my current domain. With that I added an email address to it. I can not receive emails nor send any out. This is my business and I'm getting really frustrated. I have done the chat and now I have been holding on the phone and chat for a half hour. I don't have time to sit and do this or not communicate to customers. Please help. This new system is not fun
