I've unlocked my domain, kenterhomes.com, but "domain appears to be locked" error code on transfer request

I'm attempting to transfer kenterhomes.com to MyDomain.com.  I've unlocked the domain on Homestead, sent auth code, but when applied in MyDomain admin, there is an error that states "domain appears to be locked".  Why, if it is unlocked??????

I can see that your domain is unlocked in our system. I also looked in a Whois, and it is not locked there, which would be a status of "clientTransferProhibited". The domain has a status of "clientDeleteProhibited" which is not locked, and doesn't prevent transfers. I would recommend contacting the company you are transferring to and see if they can put the transfer in on their end. I did submit a request to get that status removed, but cannot give a estimated time of when this would happen.
