It would be great if we could edit our site from more platforms than Windows and Mac.

I need to be able to edit my website while on the go. How do I edit ( simply adding text) to my website from a mobile device?

Looking for an update on the Chromebook integration.
Are we any closer to being able to edit our sites using a Chromebook?

Will Homestead EVER support modifying sites with ipads or Chromebooks?.

I would like to replace my laptop with a tablet or Chromebook, but I can't modify my web sites with that hardware. Does Homestead intend to enter the 21st century?

Can you SiteBuilder Plus be used on a Chromebook or Linux OS ?.

A Chromebook does not have either a PC operating system or an Apple OS. If I can add Linex OS to the Chromebook - will Sitebuilder work?

IOS blog capability.

I wish there was a feature that allowed users to blog on their website from a smartphone or tablet. I'm not a fan of sitting by my laptop all day and would prefer the ability to blog from my couch, a restaurant, or anywhere I pleased. I hope Homestead will consider adding such a feature for it's paying customers to provide an added value and convenience.

tablet use for Site builder?? any suggestions?.

I would like to edit my pages on a tablet. Can open on Kindle Fire but not edit. Before I spend money on any portable item, I would like to know if anyone has suggestions, or would share their experiences with a portable unit.
Thanks,

Unfortunately, editing from mobile devices is not currently supported.  While the Surface 3 may work, we have not tested it.  It is supposed to be a full copy of the Windows operating system and therefore should work, but we currently support PC and Mac only.

Thanks

In the last few weeks I have been doing all my editing from my Surface 3 Pro.  I love it !  Runs windows 8 just like a desktop computer, including all those windows programs I like and Website Manager, but with a swipe it works like a tablet.

Great to hear it.  I did understand that for the 3, Microsoft did abandon the RT Windows and went will the same Windows as a PC, so I am glad it works for you.

I don't know what RT Windows is. I would have returned my surface if it was just another version of an iPad.

Windows RT was a mobile version of the early Surface devices, and it was pretty hobbled as far as Windows features.

We only support Windows and Mac computers at this time.

Sorry, but I have added your name to the wish list.

It isn't likely, unless Apple has significantly changed iOS. We only support Mac OS and Windows at this time.
