Once again! I find myself spending H-O-U-R-S !!!! uploading one photo at a time - this is completely inexcusable HOMESTEAD! It is beyond the realm of reasonable understanding to believe that our concerns are NOT being heard, not being met and certainly not a priority ! It is so very frustrating and I know we all feel the same way. There simply HAS TO BE SOMETHING YOIU CAN DO ! The benefits will outweigh your cost, I can only think about how many folks like ourselves are looking into sourcing new providers who ARE listening and up to date in their technology ! Please listen to us - do something about the photo upload !

Forgive me - but am I to understand that when making changes to may website pages, Homestead crashes on Mozilla at least 4 times each session and we are now being TOLD our rates are going up
Every single time I need to upload photos it takes me HOURS HOURS HOURS and now we are being TOLD our rates are going up
How can you possibly justify this to us??????

Yes! Please update this. Having to upload one picture at a time is incredibly time consuming! This simple task should not be so hard!!

Called recently because I was working on a new site with another service, but thought I would ask about this issue again. I was only told that there were new templates and gallery formats available on the new website builder. Bummer is I have to completely redo my website again; however just now I found out that I can upload in bulk now. It' much better than one at a time. Problem I'm seeing right now is the gallery template I like has a Header and Description section for each picture, which is nice don't get me wrong it's just not every picture needs a caption and the problem is they have items in these areas and if you don't put something in there or delete the items they come up on your picture/product. What would help is to have those fields blank so you can just ad to the ones you need to. Thanks! It's much better now.
