Is there a store log? How do I access the store log?

1. Go to Setup & Tools and select, Store Logs. You will be able to see both a system log (customer-facing changes) as well as a staff action log  (internal/store employee changes).

2. Click on System Log

3.The System Log records events that take place in the customer-facing part of your store.

These entries describe system events triggered by customers’ actions. Message types include:

  • General messages

  • Payment gateway messages

  • Shipping quote messages

  • Notification system messages

  • Email marketer integration messages

    3. Click on the Staff Action Log.

    4. The Staff Action Log is where you can see any changes made by you or any of your employees
