Is email down again?

I've just had a customer call to see if I had gotten their email and of course the answer... AGAIN... is NO....

I've checked my webmail and my POP acccount and neither one has the message in it. This entire week has been like this.

What sort of details can you provide us? Sending address, receiving address, error messages? please provide as many details as possible so that we have something to research.

Still getting no emails from one of my homestead accounts, the primary one I use. I can't send or receive. Have clients calling saying they can't send to me. Bounce message says the email address doesn't exist. What needs to happen here? This has been for three days, since Sat., 2/8. Thanks!

Found out the issue. FYI for others, the gov is blocking emails/domains if you haven't updated your contact info with the gov database. You can update your info under domains in your account.
