They are not asking for money for your domain. They seem to be trying to sell you some search engine service. I am not familiar with them and it is most definitely not from Homestead. You may safely ignore it. The company Domain SEO Service Registration Corp does seem to exist, but I would say they don't seem to be very ethical or trustworthy.
