Is there some way to contact Roundcube?

I keep getting e-mails saying my in box is 90% full. I delete e-mail in outlook which apparently does not remove it from Roundcube. I logged in to Roundcube, sent a bunch of stuff to trash and am still getting the e-mails that I'm 90% full. Since items in trash count against your total capacity and It appears that once they go to trash they have to be deleted again (there is no option to empty the trash) then I need to find  a way to request that Roundcube empty the trash. I have 6,328 e-mails in the trash. Deleting them a page at a time in the inbox only to have to do the same thing in the trash folder is just not going to work. 

is there someone else that can manage my e-mail with my domain?

Go down into every folder under inbox, sent, etc. to find one or two folders that are absolutely loaded with old mail. I have several email accounts in that column and it's confusing to know which file or folder to open to look for old deleted sent items. So I just spend a few minutes and click on every single one. Yesterday, I went from 90% fault 100% fall in two minutes. I could not get it below 96% until I found the folder or file loaded with old items. How they got there, I did not waste my time to learn but spent a long time deleting.

You can empty the trash by highlighting the trash folder and clicking the gear and then empty.
