Easy??? No.  I have never found it that easy-but it can be done. You really need to call them-800-710-1998 during regular business hours and they can guide you through it.

It is not necessary to call, we can give you the answers here too. It does depend on the site you want to move. If it is an old Sitebuilder site, we can do it. If it is a Websitebuilder site, then we are not able to copy these sites at all just yet.

It was originally build with SiteBuilder. Since I went to Windows 10 I can't get SiteBuilder to work so the most recent updates have been using your online SiteBuilder Plus.

That's ok. I can move those for you. Does the new account exist? If not, you will need to create the new account and then open a new topic. Mark the topic as private. Provide the source site name and the email address and PIN for both accounts and lastly the target site name. Anything on the target site will be deleted before the copy is done.
